You cannot ever actually steam or boy any fruit as soon as you do it you are just going to kill all the nutrients in the food that you are giving to the child you should always try to give raw food to the child any vegetable that you gave is okay that you have to boil it initially when you are introducing what food can never be boiled it’s not a healthy take to go forWrite Your Answer Here
