Q.
the baby boy was under photo therapy for first 10 days and since than the colour of the boy has become dark. it's been more than 4 and half months and the color is merly improving. please advice.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. the complexion of the skin is genetically predetermined according to the parents you should not worry about it if there is no related infection or allergy in the skin you can also get a opinion from your pediatrician showing clinically

Hi Siri a phototherapy does not actually change the colour of the child to an extent that you cannot revive it only the complexion of the child in general also changes for about eight months after birth after that only you can be more certain about
