if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation.
give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child
it is important to give fibre diet from cereals pulses vegetables and fruitsz
avoid giving more than 400 ml milk everyday and avoid giving packet and processed foods as well as biscuits and refined food
addixng papaya , fennel seeds water , oats pear prunes pineapple banana kishmish to the regular diet will help in decreasing constipation.

Serve plenty of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Offer apricots, plums, peas, beans, broccoli etc increase water fluid intake of your child Encourage daily exercise. Being active gets the blood flowing to the intestines, helping to stimulate gut contractions and help to reduce constipation
