temperature is not getting down by giving paracetamol syrup any other medicines to suggest

A. Crocin ds is a good medicine that can be given to the child and that helps in reducing the temperature I don’t know what is the current temperature plus for how long the fever has been there so it would be good for you to keep doing cold sponge along with the medicine that you are giving
