Tell something for wait gaining for my baby boy he is 2.5 year old bt his wait is only 12kg..

A. For healthy weight gain of the baby, it is important to include fat and protein rich foods in the diet like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with nits, banana, avocado, rice water and 500-550 ml milk everday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids.
