tell me sir for all newborns and kids he is giving nasal drops containing o. o5 percent xylometazoline nasal drops sir dctr only gvn this sir

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. this medicated nasal drops is not much effective and you will see that after giving this drops there is recurrent nasal congestion . also due to side effects it is not advisable before 6 years of age in children. it is advisable to go for nasal saline drops which does not have any side effect due to Salt water
