sir here one f d pediatric dctr is giving fr all kids from age 1 mnth to 6 years for all children who is suffering from cold he is giving dolocold nasal drops of 0.05percent xylometazoline nasal drops sir he gv me also wen my baby is one n half mnth old sir i used it sir wat csn i do now sir

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. it is advisable to go for only nasal saline drops and it is preferable because it is only sold water and does not contain any side effect and can be given again and again instead of the medicated saline drops
