Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. Green color poop wid out any foul smell is ok and it s due to digestion process in baby so shall be normal on its own. Fever with pain in abdomen if present can b due to infection n needs a doctor consult soon
