give Sunbath every morning for half an hour.
give only breastmilk till completion of six months.
mother should take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

Hello maam Teething normally starts after the age of six months and your child is only three months as of now so I don’t think so that is the problem there is some other issue with your child but still if you feel it is only due to teething then you should be consulting a child dentist once
