Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please do the following things: give Massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child. provide silicone teether. offer soft food like khichdi, rice, fruits etc to your child. keep your child well hydrated avoid giving RO water provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
