Loose motion are most of the time infective where it ryis associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous rhigh grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello yes it is true and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide u accordingly which should be better and also safe too as the baby is also small and would be safe too and keep child well hydrated which should be better and safe
