syrup for stop loose motions my baby girl 13 months old and she do green motions which syrup should I give to her why she do this type of motions bcz of theeth make or another reason

Teething could be happening or your child could be having a stomach infection which is why motion colour could be like this and it is loose also so I would advise you that you should consult your doctor first time they are going to give you a right advice as to what medicine should be used right now if you want you can give entrogermina two times for three days
