sweet and hair fall is heavy what to do sir

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and if your hair fall is very heavy then you should massage your head with almond oil and kalaunji oil thrice a week and use sulphate free shampoo twice or clean with Amla shikakai and reetha. Also have Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea as it works of hairs and skin.
