give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

Hi vegan Diet is quite tricky you should consult a nutrition expert for that they can tell you all the things associated with this and even in terms of food they can guide you accordingly because it is a vast concept so it’s better that you take an advice from somebody who knows all about it
