I can suggest you to go ahead with Kiddodent but this is not for tooth DK or something for that you’ll have to consult a paediatric dentist UK news is toothpaste on regular basis hence it is completely fluoride free and absolutely safe for the age group of your child but for the other problem that’s happening you will have to consult a paediatric dentist for sure
