Suggest me some weight gaining food for quick increase in weight and make child look healthy

A. Hello mom, you should offer 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. Offer cereals and wholegrains health mix, rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, dals, ghee, milk, yogurt, cheese, butter, lean meat, fish it helps to improve your baby's weight. Offer all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Offer plenty of water per day. Keep your baby healthy and hydrated. Thank you have a great day..
