Feed 3 main meaks and atleast 2 times healthy snacks along with variety of fluids. You can feed oats with nuts, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, mixed vegetable soup, stuffed parantha, rice with dal, pan cake, waffle, boiled egg, omelette, upma, poha, idli-dosa with sambhar, dalia, legumes, ghee, milk, seasonal fruits, curd, buttermilk, coconut water, fresh juices, etc.
