Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child.
For cold / running nose give syp wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block.d
Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water xcombination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink.

if symptoms are mild then no need of Medicine
instead of it , apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child which help to cure it faster.
keep your child well hydrated
you can give Turmeric milk once in a day
