suddenly my 3 year old son having fever what I do now

A. hi mom. these days fever is very common. usually these days fever is because of the viral origin. normally it will subside by itself within 3 to 5 days but if the fever is above 99.5 degree fahrenheit you have to give the paracetamol syrup according to the doctor dosage. even after 3 days if the fever is not reducing and going beyond 102 then definitely you have to consult pediatrician
