Check suitability , digestional capacity if you introduced any new food item which is hard to digest either loose motions or vomits due to indigestion.
Check last two days diet avoid if you introduce any new item..
Give adequate water,semi solids foods easily digestable foods...
Give ajwain water or ajwain powder with water for good digestion...
