Suddenly baby got fever of 99.1 degrees!!! I gave p125 (1ml) what’s the cause of sudden fever??? Why is that so??? What can I do?

A. the normal body temperature of the baby is below 99 degrees Fahrenheit there is no need to use any medicines till the temperature touches hundred degrees Fahrenheit if the baby is not comfortable
