Sudden fever for my baby from today evening no cold no cough no new food what could be the cause ?? Worried have given paracetamol but there is a mild fever all the time with very hot near forehead

A. the baby is less than two years of 8 most of the papers in small babies are viral infections which will take at least four to five days time to subside you can continue paracetamol to the baby if it is only mild fever
