stopped breastfeeding 2 mnths now I feel breast is heaviness slight pain reason

A. Maybe the body still making milk that is why it could be happening massage your breast properly followed by warm compress to hot compress and ask your doctor for some medicine to dry the milk completely that will help in reducing the pain as well
