Stools colour is green what we do for 4 and 1/2 month baby boy?

A. Hello dear parent! As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine, no blood or foul smell in the stools, gradually gaining weight then nothing to worry. It might be because of only fore milk intake. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
