A. hi if your child is formulafed baby then it is caused by iron supplements of formula. so no need to worry for this. And if a child is breastfed baby , it is caused by imbalance between foremilk and hindmilk. so please feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well. make changes in your own diet as it might be reaction to the food which you ate. but if a child passes green stool with mucus then you should consult your pediatrician
