Try to give more of liquids to the child you can add some fennel seeds into the water boil it and pull it down to room temperature and give that child regularly once it is going to be in the habit of the child the problem will start subsiding because this is going to keep the stomach will avoid heat and other issues also if you need consult your paediatrician
