still am looking like 5 months pregnant but my weight is 45 only my stomach is like that pls suggest to reduce belly

A. dear mom try 7 sets of suryanamskae then try 11 sets try doing other abdominal exercises also dont worry ot shall get better avoid maida and bakery items

A. Hello mom Now your babies 10 months old so you can start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very active in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning it will help in losing weight and especially tummy. Rather than this cut the calories intake and add more fibre in your regular diet.
