spit out food after two three bites...how to know if he is hungry or not

A. give time to play with your baby then he will get hungry and ask you about food try to play outdoor games

A. Hello dear, Maintain a gap kn between the meals..Dont feed all the time..Also give time to play so that energy is used up and child hets hungry..and make sure child is able to take food which you are giving..if not then change the consistency
