Sometimes, while my baby ( 5 month old) is breastfeeding or even at other times, I hear a gurgling (gudgud) sound coming from his tummy. Is this normal?"

Yes it is normal sometimes kids when their excessively hungry this kind of sound can come but generally it is considered very normally it does not sound like any of the problem is there because this is a very common situation to be seen with small kids in case of any doubt you can always confirm with the doctor
