Q.

sometimes my milk isn't lasting for my baby to her satisfaction and sometimes it causes me breast heaviness and I am unable to bear it's discomfort

A. You should do hot compress that is what is going to be beneficial for you to do that’s going to help introducing down that heaviness and oil also if you want to you can consult lactation specialist for whatever issues you are facing they can advise you correctly
