dear doctor my baby is around 6th month going to complete till now I'm breast feeding my baby and tope feed as formula milk. my doubt is 98 % I'm breast feeding my baby if i skipped breast feed my baby another 1 and half an hour she to some reasons. I feel some heaviness in my breast I can able to feel the heaviness in my breast and milk filled up fully. my paediatrician planned to start solids from next month.how i will manage if baby started solids and my breast heaviness every one and half an hour gap ? please anybody advise me

Author of questionMom of a 3 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. dear mommy, my breast milk is sufficient for my baby infact if baby didn't drink milk from me another one hour my breast is filled up with milk and feeling heaviness. my question is if it continues after she started other food how should I manage ,?

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
