somedays my breast milk flow is good . somedays it's too low. I m really worried I m taking all healthy food. normally why it's happening to me

It Can fluctuate because sometimes the child is taking more feet sometimes the child is taking less feed sometimes the time gap is more sometimes it is less depending upon that body makes milk according to the feeding pattern of yours so in this case I’ll just advise you to have good amount of fibre green leafy vegetables and water as well every day at least 3 to 4 L should be there
