Hii doctor. Im taking care of baby with full concentration. Giving him food at exact time. And feeding him. But he is not gaining weight much. Somedays his face looks healthy healthy and somedays very lean. Please suggest me something

A. not to worry much being a mother you are always very much possessive for your child so just continue giving proper feeding to the baby and try to spend more time with the baby to encourage your baby to have good physical activities
