Q.

some white bumps appeared on my baby shoulder.attached the snap.is this permenent or is this any kind of elegy....can u pls suggest what to do

A. most of the skin problem look similar but the causes of it can be different and this would be better if you can check with your doctor and would require a physical examination and she will be able to better on examination of the same and advisor accordingly
