some times my some complain about pain in his feet .what is the reason for this ?

The child must be doing a lot of physical work like running or walking through the day because in this age kids are very hyperactive and that’s why leg pain can be seen you can massage the legs before putting the child to sleep and check with the doctor if you need to start with vitamin D and calcium
