yes ,it is just phase .
so try to tackle a child tactfully and calmly
Never argue with your child.
spend quality time with your child which help to calm down your child.
limit your child screen time.
make sure your child takes enough sleep.
set some rules for your child.
but stay calm and consistent
no need to be harsh
stay firm
