so much hair fall after delivery.. fed up with hair fall ..any suggestions for that

Dr Rashmi SriramMom of a 9 yr old girl4 years agoA. hi hair fall is common following delivery. It is due to shift in cycle from growing phase 2 falling phase. Healthy diet is important. Regular exercise is important. Weight reduction is important.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am Would advise you to make up and oil by mixing onion juice and black seeds and some 2-3 other oils .. Would advise you to search it on YouTube you will get lot of recipes lots and lots of over there easy to apply and easy to make so use that and probably over the period your problem will be solved but just go for chemical free shampoo and chemical free products for the same
