small acne or rashes under the eye ? what is it ..and how to cure ?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. this appears to be some type of allergy. anti allergic medicines has to be given to the child and you have to find the cause of allergy do not give any type allergdic food and do not apply any type of powder or lotion which might aggravate this allergy kindly give plenty of fluids to the child and then meet your doctor for examination
