shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mom if these are just pimples then u should keep it simple don't apply anything wash face with mild cleanser and don't make overuse of creams and oils and powder and keep baby in well ventilated room u can apply lacto calamine lotion or some mild moisturizer
