sleepin possition or sitting position which one is better to provide food to baby is it avoid vomiting in baby

A. Hi parents sitting is position is better please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc and please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil
