skin bumps on upper side of hand , applied desonil and lotion...comes and goes ...is it skin related issue or something else

A. Hello mama yes this is skin allergy. continue with the medicine prescribed by the doctor . Also consult for anti allergy pills . It will be fine ... keep the skin clean and dry
