sir which foods are good for health becoz he is only 6month i don't know actually mother milk only not sufficient i think .

A. Dear mum, after 6 months, you should introduce top food because breast milk alone is not sufficient for your baby. You can begin with soft and mashed foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Continue to breastfeed baby.
