sir please refer to the image below.The cf IRT vaule is 78.This is the report of my 1 month old nephew.doc saying its genetic disease.but nobody in the family has it.please throw somw light on it.sweat test not able to do as sweat quantity is less

Sir people misguide n fear parents by frightening them in these tough pandemic times.Just wanted to know does this change or this can be negative after baby grows.If ultrasound doesnot show it in pregnanacy it came up after birth.how its possible
