sir new born having urinary tract infection.please advise.

That’s not good at all it would be so difficult for your child to manage so you can give oral medication suggested by the doctor in this case a course of antibiotics would be required to be given to the child so that’s what you need to give by consulting the doctor which is what is going to be important
