A. urinary infection is very common. this can be prevented mainly by taking plenty of fluids which will help in decreasing the chances of concentrated urine as well as infection. at the same time the urinary area should be cleaned with only water and try to avoid any type of soap and cleaning agents. at the same time after passing stool the perianal area should be cleaned from front to bacdk. if the cleaning area is cleaned from back to front the stool can stick to the urinary area causing urinary tract infection. recurrent uridnary tract infections s to be investigated radiologically

A. UTI is a major form of regular urine infection and that can be because of a lot of reasons mostly when proper hygiene is not maintained sometimes kids are in the diaper for a longer duration so they could be lot of reasons behind that so basically it’s because of unhygienic situation only
