sir my son s about six years old but yet he is not speaking clearly earlier met to many pedia but they will start speak no worries it's normal but now m worried as compered to other kids #AskTheExpert

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly.
if the speefch dogtes not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .
