sir My son name is Ayansh and his weight is 16.2 kg.... kindly suggest me diet for my son and what practices I HV to applied for his health.... thank u sir

Looking at the current age of your child your child is having a pretty good weight as in it’s mostly appropriate according to the age of the child so that should not be an issue and this way I think you are doing good that is why your child is having proper weight so if you continue feeding your child in the similar pattern I did that’s going to be good enough for the child
