A. at this age the child should pass stool regularly. if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation. give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child it is important to give fibre diet from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits avoid giving more than 400 ml milk everyday and avoid giving packet and processed foods as well as biscuits and refined foodz adding papaya , fennel seeds water , oats pear prunes pineapple banana kishmish to the regular diet will help in decreasing constipation.

A. I think your child is going through chronic case of constipation that is why this could be happening you need to start giving laxative also you should increase more of proteins into the diet of your child more of liquids into the diet of your child which is what is going to help in regular regulating the digestion of the child and because of that the poop and all is also going to be better
