sir my son is 5.5yrs old. he is having fever at night since two nights. the fever was for 1 to 2 hrs ..I didn't gave any medicine. he is having cough also and stuffed nose . he is having lupituss syrup due to pollen allergy as recommended by doctor. plz suggest what to do
