My son 5 yrs is suffering with fever only in nights from 3 days sir

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. The first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
Give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food.
Keep the child in cool environmenft and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
Armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
To body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal temcperature water.
Higher medicines whether required or not will be told by the doctor.

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
please measure temperature with Babyhug digital thermometer
